In one resturant all fraud is going on

Resturant saying bucket biryani but coming by normal packaging take action

I placed an order for my parents to make her birthday special, but your delivery agent did not successfully deliver my order, and even my refunded amount has not been returned to my account. I live out of the country and because of this, some of my orders have been delivered successfully.

I had hoped that this order would also be delivered successfully, but your company, the delivery agent, and Giani Shahdara restaurant have all blocked my money. I hope you take some action concerning this matter, and that my refunded amount will be returned to my account.

Most of time there is an unfair response and solution. My last order ifrom burger king was totally messed up but not restaurant and zomato both are unresponsive.

Both working without a contact number.

Their unresponsive behaviour ruined my family dinner. And Zomato unfair response and solution waste all my money.

The customer service is atrocious. I cannot get into contact with an associate.

I have a pre-placed order which is not yet accepted by Domino's. And I cannot get into contact with the store. Neither Domino's nor Zomato is cooperating with this. I have already paid for the order and they do not give refunds for cancelled orders.

This is outrageous.

If you cannot provide service at night, just stop taking orders after 10 PM. They are just messing with the customers and taking their money.

I have oredered pizza from dominoes to my mom from Australia, so I couldn't put the location but I have given the manual location / address. The driver called my mom and said he cannot deliver as it is raining.

Also he said I have cancelled the order.

I have purchased two cakes, but received the wrong order. I communicated with both the Zomato team and the restaurant, but they behaved poorly.

They simply copy and pasted the same email response over and over again, providing no solution. I feel they are not interested in solving the issue. They are only interested in making money. Even Baskin-Robbins, what a rubbish brand.

They provided incorrect information. Please, don't buy anything from Zomato or Baskin-Robbins.

If you do, you do it at your own risk. You might be in the mood to celebrate an anniversary, but you may end up having to celebrate something else.

I ordered peri peri fried chicken, chicken strips, and mayo dips. The mayo dips were not included in the order; they missed it.

The strips were okay, but the fried chicken was a complete waste - it was old chicken, not fresh. I tried contacting Zomato support and the restaurant, but they didn't answer my call.

There is no way to contact Zomato. Please help me with this order issue.

My name is Ravi Krishna. I ordered a Shawarma from Big Bite on 22nd September.

We received the order, but the food was full of sand and iron particles. We raised a complaint and they told us that our amount would be refunded within one week, by the 29th of last month. We did not receive any refund.

On 30-09-24 of last month, we again contacted customer care, and they said that our money had already been refunded. However, we have not received any amount.

The food delivered by Zomato was of very poor quality. I recently ordered from Zomato and the food was very bad; it even had a horrible smell.

I will never order from Zomato again. It was a total waste of money.

I ordered 4 pizzas under order number 616473****. Only 2 pizzas were delivered.

The restaurant refunded the money to Zomato. I have not received any refund.
