Its disappointing that the zomato supports fraudulent by delivery partner. I placed an order yesterday to my family & the delivery guy fooled us saying its delivered inspite of not delivering.
When i raised this with zomato team, very evidently they are supporting him instead of checking what exactly happened & they are not bothered.
I dont need refund but i need truth where exactly the food gone because today it happened to me & tomorrow it can happen with others.
They should know the importance sometimes there will be elderly people, sometimes there will be patients, there will be kids etc you never know the intent behind it.
So please dont cheat people in food atleast

User's recommendation: Becareful when you place a bulk order, you can be fooled easily. Once the delivery guy marks delivered then its finished, they il not care if its delivered or not & even if you complain they il not enquire
