Used zomato 1 year back. Due to pathetic support i have uninstalled the app.

Again installed it 2/3 months back and subscribed zomato gold, reached level 8. But every time i raise a complain i receive pathetic support from zomato team. I want a proper investigation of the chatting history with your support team. ID: Just few min back i received my order without zomato treat.

When i informed support they kept me waiting for stating i am contacting the restaurant. After around 25 min support informed me that restaurant said they have delivered the item. I have shown the proof but support kept telling me that restaurant delivered. And told me to contact support if i want anything else!!

What kind of gesture is this!!!!!!!!!! Later i called the restaurant and they informed delivery guy mistakenly delivered the item to someone else. Support was not responding to my queries.

For last 2 days i have experienced 3 bad incidents. Every time support let me down with their communication skills and poor manners.
