Today in the afternoon, i ordered food(1 full kadhai paneer, 1 full paneer butter masala and 10 butter rotis) from ne jac restaurant on zomato app. I completed necessary steps and proceeded for the payment.

Money got debited from my account but i couldn't see the order in the order placed section and also i didn't receive any delivery. I received this message " Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 60XXXX357 for a purchase worth Rs201.0 on POS 80603432 at zomatoPayTM txn# 828050034714." I texted on zomato chat but didn't receive any suitable reply.

I am highly disappointed and i want my money back. I want necessary resolution and want to request for the refund.Please help.

Guys in have taken my money back by approaching the owner of down the line does not do anything except teaching the company ever I have not taken any compensation for harrassment done to me.
