In my experience twice i ordered through Zomato and twice they purchased my bank card without receiving my order. they always go with the payment without checking if the restaurant is available for delivery or the items selected are available.

when it happened they just apologized and did not assume. Asked to speak to superior to sort it out and no one interfered. I need my money back and to be compensated for the bad customer service and the inconveniences caused as for me what happened is pure fraud. I kept asking to speak to the superior in Zomato Chat and they kept sending me apologizes messages and assuring me that i will get back my money.

The funny part is that i spoke to the restaurant for my second order and they agreed to deliver my order then i asked Zomato to reactivate the order but they did not instead they send me what they are good at: apologize we can not reactivate your order. I have all the correspondence where it is recorded the lack of indispensability of this people and there incompetence which i can attach/send if needed to study my case and action accordingly

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Preferred solution: full refund & compensation for the inconveniences .
