Hi My name is Shalu Shandilya and I had called zomato to call for a delivery from L'Opera. The zomato customer service representative refused to send a zomato delivery person to restaurant to replace the order, as offered by L'Opera and then promised me to send me a refund for the order.

It's been two days and I've yet to receive the refund.

Plus upon chatting with customer service I've realised that i was lied to by the customer service and they've refused to refund me as was promised. I've ordered food many tims in the past and its actually rather disappointing to be lied to by their customer service representative.
